Introduction

"Division II Pamduta is one division under the Management of PT. Pameterindo Edukatama Aneka engaged in Clean/Drinking Water focusing on to handle Construction Job and Procurement of Goods (minus water meters), both for the government and private sector"

Dengan batasan, sebagai berikut:
   1. Project Construction Service:
      - Water piping installation;;
      - Wastewater pipeline installation;
   2. Procurement of Goods Services:
      - Procurement of clean water pipes and accessories that accompany it;
      - Procurement of dirty water pipes and accessories that accompany it;

Because the jobs is in the form of projects, then the government regulations / Presidential / decrees in the field of procurement of goods and services have to be fulfilled as a supporter of this division's participation in the project, that work through an auction mechanism.

The support (tools) can be divided into 4 (four), among others:
1. Corporate Administration
2. Business Entity Certificates
3. Certificate of Expertise and Skills
4. Equipment Ownership

With the following details:

1. Corporate Administration, including :
a. Certificate of incorporation and ratification of amendments + Dephumham;
b. Register of Shareholders;
c. List of Corporate Executive Board (Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors)
+ ID management;
d. Certificate of Domicile companies / HO Permit;
e. Confirmation Letter of Taxable Company (PKP);
f. Number of taxpayers subject;
g. Free Fiscal Certificate from the Local Treasury Tax Office (KPP);
h. Free Certificate of legal sanctions, both civil and criminal, which are institutional
(corporate) and private management (in this case, commissioners and directors), published by:
h.1. Local Court;
h.2. Institute of Procurement Services Construction / LPJK (construction services);
h.3. Amenities trade and industry (service procurement)
i. Last year Balance and audits results from public accountants;
j. Evidence of corporate tax payments form the last year;
k. Proof of payment of tax (VAT / pph) form the last 3 months;

2. Certificate of Business and Licensing Board, include:
